Food Service Supervisor-Lead Prep Day/Night

DUTIES:

Supervises the work of kitchen and food prep staff. Supervises and assigns duties to cooks, food service workers and other positions assigned to the area. Supervises the cooking and serving of food for adherence to health regulations. Responsible in preparing or assisting in the preparation of food on the scheduled shift. Make sure that food is inspected and stored fresh. Ensure that food is properly labeled and dated. Responsible for keeping the work area clean and organized while working each shift. Must conduct themselves in a responsible and respectful manner. Make sure that equipment and tools are in good operation. May be assigned to work throughout the park in various food service capacities.

Employee will work with park guests to immediately resolve their requests in a manner reflecting a positive image for Cacapon Resort State Park. Employee will keep all documentation and records as required by supervisors. Performs all related and non-related work as required by supervisors.
