REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP): CONCESSION MANAGEMENT SERVICES
The West Virginia Division of Natural Resources (DNR) is formally soliciting proposals from highly qualified firms to enter into a concession contract for the comprehensive management and operation of the Pipestem Peaks Zipline and Canopy Tour.
The Pipestem Peaks Zipline is a state-of-the-art nine-zip course established at the summit of the Bluestone Gorge at Pipestem’s Canyon Rim Center. The course follows a strategic descent toward the Bluestone River, concluding at the Mountain Creek Lodge. Operationally, all participants utilize the aerial tramway for return transport to the point of origin.
This seasonal attraction, operating from spring through autumn, represents a primary scenic activity for park visitors. The selected vendor will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence and safety throughout the designated season.
