DUTIES:

Under general supervision, performs duties necessary for maintenance and upkeep of state recreation areas. Duties include but are not limited to performing a variety of tasks in the care of buildings and grounds, hauls firewood; cleans picnic areas, shelters and comfort stations; collects garbage; plows snow; delivers materials throughout the park; performs a variety of limited skill work typical of various building trades – painting, limited carpentry and plumbing. Performs related work as required. Shifts may include 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM and 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to perform a variety of routine unskilled tasks involving the care and maintenance of buildings, grounds and utilities, ability to lift 50 lbs. or more, ability to learn quickly and perform efficiently the duties assigned. Must posses a valid driver’s license.
