Duties:

To perform as the Lead Gift Shop Manager for all shifts of the gift shops at Cacapon Resort State Park and Berkeley Springs State Park. Responsible for overseeing 3 seasonal employees, ordering, stocking, cleaning, organizing of both gift shops and storage areas. Responsible for inventory control, pricing, monthly and yearly inventory reports, gross margin reports and payment of invoices. Manager will be required to attend gift shows, meet with vendors and obtain a State Purchasing Card. Manager is also responsible for new and creative ways of producing revenue and guest
satisfaction and hospitality.

Special Requirements

Possess knowledge of office methods, procedures and computers. Ability to maintain effective working relationships with other employees and the public. Ability to learn quickly and to understand and follow oral and written instructions. Ability to count money, return accurate change and keep records of financial transactions. Pertinent experience is beneficial. Availability to work all shifts. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
