Squirrels!
Enjoy a film about the squirrel family while creating a wooden wiggly squirrel. And visit the nature center.

Naturalist Paulita Cousin introduces you to birds of Blackwater Falls while enjoying a cup of hot chocolate. Includes a venture outside to look for winter

Creative Jewelry Craft Time
Be creative with beads, arrowheads, crystal, sport beads, paracord, embroidery floss and more to create a necklace or bracelet. Craft fee varies according to

Nothing better that learning the 4-S’s with a naturalist. Learn how to identify a predator or prey skull, the purpose of fur and
how to identify scat. Includes the creation of slime

Add paint, glitter and wiggly eyes to create a pet you don’t have to feed or water. Craft fee: $1.00

Finding Your Way
Visit the nature center and while you’re there, watch a film about the basic use of topography map and compass. Afterwards, create a cardboard compass. Craft fee:
