Director of Food and Beverage
Location: Cacapon Resort State Park
Directs, organizes and manages the food and beverage operations for Cacapon Resort State Park, located in Berkeley Springs, West Virginia. This employee will ensure high standards of food and beverage quality while maintaining a high level of hospitality and customer service for all related food and beverage venues including Prospects Dining Room, the Legacy Lounge and banquet and conferencing food service located at Cacapon Lodge. This employee will also oversee and manage all park-wide food and beverage facilities at the golf course, and other park activity areas. This employee will serve in an advisory capacity and provide oversight and direction to the state park system’s various self-operated and concession operated restaurants throughout the state. May act as manager-on-duty in absence of lodge general manager.
