Duties:

Pipestem Resort State Park, a four-seasons state park resort, operated by the West Virginia Division of Natural Resources, is seeking a qualified and experienced Director of Food and Beverage. (Classification Title: Tourism Program Specialist 2) to oversee, manage and operate the resort’s complex and varied food and beverage operations including the Bluestone Dining Room and Lounge, the Black Bear Grill, Tramway Sweets and Treats, the Mountain Creek Restaurant, and the Hudkins Conference Center’s catering operations. The employee in this position may also have state park system-wide responsibilities in the consultation and coordination of restaurant operations throughout the other state parks.
