The Legacy of Mary Ingles and The Necessity of Independence: The Ingles Family in Dunmore’s War, Stepping Stone to the Revolution

The Mary Ingles Trail Associates will present living history interpretations of the Ingles family’s actions before, during, and after Dunmore’s War. On Saturday, Sept. 14, from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m., there will be a History Alive! performance of Mary’s son, Ensign Thomas Ingles, by Doug Wood. This weekend event is free to the public.
