Always the first Saturday in May at Valley Falls State Park. Run or hike a gorgeous and challenging 5.25 mile loop with 750′ of elevation gain. Amazing locally made awards.

It’s  not an easy course!  EHQ (Endurance Headquarters.com) started in 2019 to provide epic running adventures in the beautiful West Virginia hills while supporting amazing charities.  The event date is May 6, 2023 with a 7:00AM start time.

Gravel service roads, single track trails, streams, rocky climbs, rolling trails, and of course the beautiful falls – this beautiful West Virginia state forest has a bit of everything! Trail will be very clearly marked. Course runs clockwise again for 2023! (was counterclockwise for 2022)
