Join us for a full immersion in the local environment of Eastern West Virginia by engaging in the ancient Japanese process of Forest Bathing. This experience on November 5, 2023 begins at 1:00 p.m. at Cacapon’s Nature Center. It includes a short walk in our forest including deep relaxation exercises/meditation session preceding an invitation to compose original nature haikus.

In keeping with the meditative nature of this program and the fact that it calls for deep aware- ness of the natural world, this will be a “cellphone-free” experience.
