You’re invited to these nature programs at Twin Falls Resort State Park July 23-24, 2022. Activities begin at the nature center unless indicated. The nature center is open Thursday – Saturday from 3-7PM and Sunday from 3-6PM.

Summit Trail Hike (YPP)
Meet at the trailhead
We’ll set foot on the Summit Trail and explore different forest structures. As the hike goes along we will learn a little about the forest at
hand. Closed-toed shoes recommended for this hike.
6:00 pm
Wonders of the Rainbow
(YPP)
Held at the Campground Fire Circle
Rainbows are fascinating phenomena no one can deny. Join the Seasonal Naturalist as she explains why rainbows happen. A craft will be provided while the talk is going on.

4:00 pm: Dragonfly Craft (YPP)
At the Lodge out in the Courtyard
Dragonflies are unusual creatures that many find fascinating. Join the Seasonal Naturalist in learning a little about these magnificent creatures. While the talk is going on there will be a craft provided.
5:30 pm
Seeds a Plenty (YPP)
Held at the Campground Fire Circle
Everywhere you look you’ll be able to see the product of a seed. The Seasonal Naturalist will give a short presentation about this process.
YPP is the Young People for Parks program for youth 6-16 years of age. However, all programs are open to any age. Public welcome. Fee free.
