July kicks off with outdoor and nature fun. Join Twin Falls staff on Saturday, July 9, 2022 for these activities. The nature center is open from 3:00 – 7:00 p.m. today. Activities begin at the nature center unless noted otherwise.

3:30 pm
Turtle Talk
Held at Campfire Circle next to Campground Store
Turtles are one of many reptiles in West Virginia. With 13 species here in the state we have to make sure we know how to protect them. A pledge and color sheet will be provided after the presentation.

6:00 pm
Pollinators
At the Nature Center
Do you know what it takes to be a pollinator? Come learn about these creatures and all the amazing things they do. A short craft will be provided after the talk commences.

8:30 pm
Glow Walk
Meet at the Parking Lot of the Amphitheater
Join park staff for some glowing fun! Guests should start arriving no sooner than 7:30 to start receiving glow sticks (while supplies last). Guests are encouraged to bring glow sticks of their own. This walk will go from the amphitheater to the campground. See the separate activity posted for additional information.

Activities are open to one and all without fee. Join us.
