DUTIES:

Under the direction of supervisors, this temporary employee will lead a team of maintenance workers on a variety of skilled and semi-skilled work projects. This work will include but not limited to: rough and fine carpentry, plumbing, electrical, concrete and masonry, trash pick up, landscaping and groundskeeping, snow removal, housekeeping and janitorial work, repairs water lines, vehicle maintenance, repairs toilets and sewer systems, repair sewer lines, moves furniture, load and unload supplies, move and replace appliances, inventories supplies, repairs phone system, repairs on ac/heat units,  small engine repair, maintains safe workplace, painting, cuts keys, operates vehicles, operates heavy equipment and mowing equipment, operates various hand tools and power equipment.
