“Who cooks for me, who cooks for you all?” A wise owl asks on July 7, 2022 at Cacapon Resort State Park. Join us for a Birds of Prey Show and Tell at 7:00 p.m. at the Park Gazebo. The presentation is by Three Rivers Avian Center of Brooks WV and features live birds of prey native to West Virginia – hawks, owls, and eagles.

You’ll learn about the habitat, diet and behavior of each bird presented, the most common cause of injury to different species and the important laws that protect these special birds. There is no fee to attend. Open to the public. Wings of Wonder is an outside event with bench style seating or bring camping chairs for extra comfort.
