WILDLIFE IN COOPERS ROCK
Gather near the trading post to have a lively conversation about wildlife you may see in the forest when you visit. We may talk about some do’s and don’ts when encountering wildlife when hiking or camping.
We welcome everyone to our activities.
When visiting Coopers Rock State Forest and the Bruceton Mills and Morgantown area, take time to visit the Museum of Geology & Natural History. It is located at 1 Mont Chateau Road, Morgantown. Open from 8:00 AM until 4:00 PM Monday through Friday. Admission is free and there are dinosaur bones and if you like geology – this is a very cool place to visit.
