Will the front desk perform a wake-up call upon request?

Typically rooms on the 200, 300, 500 and 600 levels have a balcony.

Is housekeeping available daily?

Daily or every other day.

Can patrons leave luggage at the front desk if they arrive early?

How do I know where things are located in the lodge?

Guests enter on the 400 level. The elevator will take them to the 500 and 600 levels. Towards the back of the building, there are glass doors which will take them to the 200 level. Then, they can go upstairs to the 300 level.

Is complimentary breakfast offered?

No. There is a coffee bar in the lobby.

Is there an ice machine available to guests?

There is a single ice machine available.

Are there vending machines, and if so, where are they located?

There is a drinks-only vending machine on the fifth floor. It accepts both cash and cards.

What are the hours for the front desk and gift shop?

Both are open 24/7.

Is the lodge pet-friendly?

There are pet-friendly rooms on the 200 and 500 levels. There is a $40 fee for each bed. Call the Lodge for more information.

Is there a pool, fitness center or laundry facility onsite?

There is an indoor pool open year-round. Towels are available, if needed. There is also a 24/7 fitness center and a coin-operated laundry facility. The cost is $1.50 per load of laundry.

Can guests check out sporting equipment at the front desk?

Yes. Horseshoes, basketballs, soccer balls and badminton equipment are all available to be checked out.
