Survival Cord Fun
At the nature center – great craft for any age.
Craft fee:$2.00 to $4.00

1:30 p.m.
Microscope Fun for Kids
Using a microscope can provide a fun learning experience for both the child and the rest of the family. Join the staff to explore the world under a microscope. About 45 minutes. YPP

3:00 p.m.
Weather Nature Film & Rain Gauge Craft–
Join the staff to watch this film that takes you on a whirlwind tour of Earth’s turbulent atmosphere and reveals the forces that make the day fair or foul. Includes the creation of a rain gauge. Craft fee: $2.00. About 1 hour. YPP

THURSDAY, June 22, 2023
Nature Center: 10:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

11:00 a.m.
Trail Thinking Saunter
Join the naturalist for a stroll along nearby trails while listening to some tidbits about the local flora and fauna. About 1.5 miles, 1 hour. Program may be substituted with an indoor presentation if weather inclement. YPP

1:00 p.m.
BINGO
Enjoy this classic game for the entire family. Small novelty prize to winners. About 45 minutes.

2:30 p.m.
The Bee Movie and Candle Making
Join the staff to create a candle then watch a movie while it solidifies. Craft fee: $4.00. About 1.5 hours. YPP
