Watoga State Park Lodging

With three different types of cabins and two campgrounds, Watoga State Park offers many options for visitors to enjoy it’s 10,000+ acres and endless activities.

Cabins

Nestled into a gorgeous backdrop, Watoga’s classic and vacation cabins are open year-round, and legacy cabins are available from April through October. Depending on standard or modern type, the cabins can accommodate between two and eight people.

Camping

Located in the mountains of Pocahontas County, just 14 miles south of Marlinton, Watoga State Park is West Virginia’s largest state park. Watoga is home to two campgrounds. The Beaver Creek Campground has 38 units, all with 50-amp electric hookups. The Riverside Campground has 50 units, all of which have 50-amp electric hookups. A central bathhouse and coin-operated laundry are available to campers.
