Prickett’s Fort State Park Additional Information

The Junction

The Junction eatery is located in the building near the boat launch area.  Operated by the Prickett’s Fork Foundation this food service convenience is a seasonal operation when the fort is operational. The hours are Sunday – Wednesday, 11 a.m. – 6 p.m. and Thursday – Saturday, 11 a.m. – 8 p.m.  This setting also has bicycle rentals. Learn more about Pricketts Fort Foundation and activities here.

Picnicking

The scenic and pastoral setting of Prickett’s Fort State Park is perfect for a daytime meal in the park. Picnic tables are available, and various concerts and performing arts are presented in a 400-seat amphitheater during the summer. It’s a great way to host a get-together for friends or family.
