Holly River Restaurant

The Holly River State Park Restaurant, which offers a cozy, sit-down dining area with home-style meals and free Wi-Fi. The restaurant is open Thursday through Monday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Visitors can also enjoy a new concessionaire that’s open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

From Memorial Day, it will operate seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. until Labor Day.

From Labor Day, the concessionaire will operate Friday-Sunday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. through the last weekend in October.

Naturalist

Holly River State Park offers seasonal naturalist activities from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Picnicking

Holly River offers seasonal recreation and nature programs and a trout-rearing pond with facilities ideal for picnics and reunions. There are two large pavilions that may be rented by the day. Shelters are reservable up to a year in advance with a picture-perfect trout rearing pond located near the park headquarters. Guests can learn about the many types of trout that are stocked in the park and the importance of protecting them for the generations to come.
