Cacapon Resort State Park offers guided horseback riding tours on trails through Triple C Outfitters. Experienced or not, you can get the experience of the lifetime by riding through this beautiful state park. Giddy up and see the rolling hills from a new perspective! Well-mannered horses and experienced trail guides allow even the beginner to enjoy the wonders of Mother Nature on horseback.
Riding Stables Schedule (Weather Permitting)
- April 2nd – June 3rd – Open Weekends, Weekday riding by reservation only.
- June 4th – August 21st – Open Daily except Mondays
- August 22nd – September 5th – Open Weekends, Weekday Riding by Reservation Only
- September 6th – October 30th – Weekends Only
Standard Rides and Rates
Guided Trail Rides: Ride through the beautiful ridge tops of Cacapon Resort State Park. All Rides are beginner-friendly. (Approximately 1 hour) $40.00
The minimum age for riders is seven years old. An adult must accompany all children.
For your safety, the maximum weight limit for the one-hour ride is 260 and 240 for longer rides.
Only one rider per horse.
