Three Rivers Avian Center (TRAC) is live at Pipestem Resort on Sunday, September 3, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. The educational birds are a great opportunity to learn what birds say “who cooks for me, who cooks for you all?” as well as meeting other raptors. What a nice program to attend after having Sunday lunch at the restaurant or an afternoon outing to the park.

This nature program is all about raptors native to West Virginia: hawks, eagles, falcons, and owls. You’ll learn about the habitat, diet and behavior of each bird presented, the most common causes of injury to each species and the laws protecting these special birds.

There is no fee to attend. Open to the public, the program lasts about an hour and is staged at the conference center in McKeever Lodge at Pipestem State Park. Questions are welcomed. This is a family friendly event. An excellent presentation for all ages. Join us with Three Rivers Avian Center and to meet the birds of prey.
