Join Healing Waters Spa and Berkeley Springs State Park as we settle into stillness with Jamie and Heather, visualizing a journey through the mountains. Well will be grounding through empowered awareness as we expand with compassionate clarity. Together we raise our vibrational frequency through a guided meditation and gong-infused sound bath with crystal bowls.
