A Taste of Mountain Creek Dinner - October 17, 2025

The Mountain Creek Dining Room is reopening! Join Pipestem Resort State Park Chef Marion Ohlinger for an exclusive opportunity to experience an eight-course culinary journey of upscale Appalachian fare.

Schedule

Social starts at 6 p.m., with the eight-course dinner and entertainment following immediately thereafter.

Menu

• – Roasted pumpkin soup, crumbled sage sausage, tarragon cream
• – Roasted heirloom tomato bruschetta, fresh mozzarella, hog jowl jam, plum vinegar molasses
• – Country-fried frog legs, miso-buttermilk dippin’ gravy
• – Sumac-rubbed ribeye steak, bone marrow butter
• – Smoked ham hock, soup beans, cornbread croutons, candied vidalias
• – Cider-braised rabbit, chanterelle gravy, grilled sweet potato
• – Confit duck shank, pickled cherry chow-chow, juniper rice
• – S’mores crème brulee
