Heron Festival: Beech Fork

Heron Festival at Beech Fork State Park is a family day of events with music, free hayrides, pontoon boat rides, pumpkin decorating contests, cruise in car display, camper display, as well as food, craft, and flea market-style vendors. Open to the public. No charge to attend festivities.
Campsites are reservable at a fee and bookable online.
Be a vendor! Heron Fest welcomes vendors interested in reserving a space. Vendors should call Beech Fork State Park at 304-528-5794 or email beechforksp@wv.gov.

Antique Tractor Show WV Tractor Association
Old and antique tractors will be displayed on the “Road to Nowhere”.
Arts & Crafts Vendors
Staged around the Park Headquarters Building
Beech Fork Foundation Hot Dog Sale
Campsite Decorating Contest
Register at the office. Winners announced @ 3pm on Saturday for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.

Front Parking Lot at Headquarters Opens at Approximately 10:30 a.m.
Carters BBQ Food Trailer
Cruise in Car Show
Everyone with a show car or truck is invited to participate. Arrive after 8:00 a.m. and set up along the entrance road beyond the gate in grass. The line will start at Headquarters and go down the roadside until we run out of room.
Hayrides
Lineup at the Road to Nowhere. Hayrides begin at 10:30 a.m.
Hite Saunders Elementary Art Contest
Artwork will be posted throughout the Headquarters Building.
