Heron Festival is a family day of events with live gospel music, free hayrides, pontoon boat rides, pumpkin decorating contests, cruise-in car display, camper display, as well as food, craft, and flea market-style vendors. Open to the public. No charge to attend festivities. Campsites are rentable at a fee.

Register at the office. Winners announced @ 3pm on Saturday for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.

Hayrides
Lineup at the Road to Nowhere. Hayrides begin at 10:30 a.m.
Cruise in Car Show
Everyone with a show car or truck is invited to participate. Arrive after 8:00 a.m. and set up along the entrance road beyond the gate in grass. The line will start at Headquarters and go down the roadside until we run out of room.
Antique Tractor Show WV Tractor Association
Old and antique tractors will be displayed on the road to nowhere.
Camper Display
Front Parking Lot at Headquarters Opens at Approximately 10:30 a.m.
Hite Saunders Elementary Art Contest
Artwork will be posted throughout the Headquarters Building.
