Heart & Sole Hikes – Cacapon Resort State Park - February 14, 2026

Join us at Cacapon Resort State Park for the Heart & Sole Hikes for a nature-filled weekend. You can expect the same fun and relaxation on either day of the weekend.
February 14
10 AM
Meet the park naturalist at 10 a.m. at the nature center to take a winter hike! We plan on an easy to moderate hike, depending on weekend weather. Dress for a cold hike to enjoy the scenery of snow covered mountains and trails. Winter trees, birds, and tracks may be some discoveries along the way. Participants earn a West Virginia State Parks Heart & Sole hiking stick medallion.
