Green Day Hike – Watoga State Park - March 21, 2026

Meet at the Activities Building/Nature Center. We will be on the lookout for the first signs of spring as we hike a 5-mile loop on the Bearpen, North Boundary, and Buck & Doe Trails. Along the hike, we will see the remains of a Civilian Conservation Corps quarry and visit the site of the 1926 Watoga State Forest Fire Tower. Please wear sturdy hiking shoes, and a walking stick is recommended. Make sure you bring a snack and something to drink. Participants will receive a Green Day Patch.
