Green Day Hike – Blackwater Falls State Park - March 14, 2026

Meet a Naturalist at the Gentle Trail parking area to explore a Red Spruce forest and upland bog ecosystem. Please wear sturdy shoes, as the trail is uneven and may be wet and/or muddy in places. Make sure to dress for the unpredictable Spring weather. Participants will receive a WV State Parks Green Day Hike patch. The hike is one mile and takes about one hour to complete.
