Join us August 6, 2022 at Cacapon State Park Nature Center for a full immersion in the local environment of Eastern West Virginia by engaging in the ancient Japanese process of Forest Bathing. This wonderful cellphone free workshop begins at 1:00 and concludes around 3:30 pm. Your host is Eddy Rubin.

This experience includes a short walk in our forest including deep relaxation exercises/meditation session preceding an invitation to compose original Nature Haikus.

In keeping with the meditative nature of this program and the fact that it calls for deep awareness of the natural world, this will be a ‘cellphone-free” experience.

Bring a pencil/pen, a writing pad, and a meditative towel or exercise mat. This program takes place at the Nature Center at Cacapon Resort State Park. Tuition is $35/ $30 MAC members
