Farm-to-Table: Tygart Lake

The 2023 Farm-to-Table dinner at Tygart Lake State Park is Saturday, September 9. This event is held at The Lodge restaurant and features locally sourced produce and products. With views of Tygart Lake, this is a lovely evening event.
The Lodge restaurant brings a new flavor to this year’s Farm-to-Table with plated choices. A Ginger Carrot and Butternut Squash Bisque is a starter course, however, diners can opt for the main meal choices, there are three. Bourbon Molasses Marinated Flank Steak with Rosemary Roasted Baby Potatoes and Carrots in a WV Honey Glaze; Seared Lamb Lollipops drizzled with a Rhubarb Sauce and Mashed Potatoes with Roasted Parsnips; or Maple spinach Bacon Salad with Candied Cajun Bacon, Grape Tomatoes, Goat Cheese, Red Onions, Pecans, and a house-made Maple Vinaigrette. If there is room left for dessert the choice is Blackberry Lavender Cake or Apple Crisp and Caramel.
