Easter Buffet: Blackwater Falls

A more traditional Easter buffet is planned and being prepared at the Smokehouse Restaurant at Blackwater Falls State Park. The Sunday, April 9, 2023 buffet entries are Oven Roasted Turkey Breast with Classic Homemade Stuffing, Baked Tavern Ham with Maple and Spice Reduction, Blacked Catfish with Lemon Butter Sauce, and Braised Beef Short Ribs with a bourbon glaze. An extensive salad bar and assorted sides accompany the entrees. The meal is topped off with assorted cakes and pies, chocolate mousse, and traditional bread pudding.
