Dog Days of Summer 10K is Race #2 of the Kanawha State Forest Race series and is scheduled for Saturday, July 30, 2022. You’ll find the course description at https://runsignup.com/dogdays10k. The race starts and finishes beside the Kanawha State Forest Office/Gift Shop. The race starts at 8:30 a.m.

Start at Parking Lot – Shelter #4 (used to be Shelter #9) to Snipe Trail > Alligator Feeder > Pool Hill > Middle Ridge Road/Trail > Oak Flats Trail > Teaberry Rock Trail > Davis Creek Trail > hard road back to Parking Lot

Pre Registration = $30
Race Day Registration = $50
Shirts guaranteed to everyone who registers by July 21st at Midnight
