Cellar to Table Dinner Series – Stonewall Resort State Park - January 31, 2026

West Virginia State Parks is pleased to announce the 2026 West Virginia State Parks Cellar to Table Dinner Series to be held at all eleven state park full-service restaurants this year! Join Chef Matt Welsch, the Executive Chef for West Virginia State Parks as well as the highly talented culinary teams of our beautiful state parks while they curate unforgettable and unique dinners by integrating locally sourced items into culinary masterpieces.
Stonewall Resort State Park will host the dinner at Stillwaters in Stonewall Lodge. The menu includes: Gnocchi and Fried Brussel Sprouts with a blackberry butternut puree, local sausage and kale soup, Allegheny Forest and Stream smoked trout, venison and pork terrine, savory bread pudding and pickled vegetables, and culminating with a West Virginia peach creme brûlée. The price for the event is $55 per person plus tax and gratuity.
