2026 West Virginia State Parks Cellar to Table Dinner Series – Cacapon Resort State Park - March 3, 2026

West Virginia State Parks is pleased to announce the 2026 West Virginia State Parks Cellar to Table Dinner Series to be held at all eleven state park full-service restaurants this year! Join Chef Matt Welsch, the Executive Chef for West Virginia State Parks as well as the highly talented culinary teams of our beautiful state parks while they curate unforgettable and unique dinners by integrating locally sourced items found in Appalachian pantries, into culinary masterpieces.
Cacapon Resort State Park will host this dinner event in the Panhandle Room at Cacapon Lodge. This cozy and intimate dinner setting is limited to only 40 people, and reservations are required.
