As the autumn colors of Tucker County emerge, there’s not a more beautiful setting than at Blackwater Falls State Park. Join the culinary team of The Smokehouse as they present their 2026 Farm to Table event. Guests will start the evening at 5 p.m. with a casual social featuring a cash bar of locally crafted beers and wines. At 6pm, guests will enjoy a plated meal featuring, whipped goat cheese crostini with hot honey roasted grapes and thyme on toasted sourdough, heirloom tomato and burrata salad, pan seared trout with brown butter and lemon herb rice and herb roasted asparagus, tri tip with Rosemary, crushed pepper and garlic, fingerling potatoes and braised collards, and for dessert, applesauce cake with bourbon maple frosting, cranberry orange compote and walnut brittle.
The all-inclusive price for this dinner event is $78 per person, all inclusive. Musical entertainment by the highly talented Scott Cain, and his hammer dulcimer will be from 5-8 p.m. Lodging is available by contacting Blackwater Falls State Park directly at (304) 259-5216.
