The West Virginia Division of Natural Resources (DNR) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide a paddlewheel boat concession that includes ferry service for park guests to and from both Point Park and Blennerhassett Island, and various after-hours tour cruises and events, located in Wood County, at Parkersburg, WV. Proposals will be due no later than Friday, January 30, 2026.
