The West Virginia Division of Natural Resources (DNR) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide a concession operation for the management and operation of the Pipestem Adventure Zone that includes the existing Pipestem Peaks Zipline and Canopy Tour, the existing Pipestem Splash Park, and lake activities including potential lake inflatable operations. Additionally, the concession operation will also include the operation of the Tygart Lake State Park beach and bathhouse also with potential lake inflatable operations.

The deadline for the submission of all proposals is Monday, March 23, 2026.
