WonderFALL Walk: PASE POINT HIKE
October 11, 2019 – 10:00 a.m.
Meet at Blackwater Falls Nature Center for a mid-morning hike that that borders the Monongahela National Forest to an unrestricted rock outcropping with a spectacular view of Blackwater Canyon. Trail is intermediate with short but steep inclines. About 3 miles round trip, 3 hours. Sturdy shoes mandatory (no sandals/flip flops). Pet Friendly Walk. Recommend carrying water and snacks.
WonderFALL Walk: NORTH WOODS WOODS WALK
October 12, 2019 – 2:30 p.m.
Meet at Blackwater Falls Sled Run for a mid-afternoon walk through a Northern hardwood forest. About one mile, 90 minutes. Sturdy shoes mandatory (no sandals/flip flops). Pet Friendly Walk. Recommend carrying water and snacks.
WonderFALL Walk: TEAS AND TONICS WALK
October 13, 2019 – 12:30 p.m.
Meet at Blackwater Falls Nature Center for an interpretive stroll along Pendleton Lake trails discovering something edible or medicinal about some of the plants encountered along the way. Fall foliage should be beautiful. About 70 minutes. 1 mile.
WonderFALL Walk patch is presented to individuals which complete a hike, walk, or stroll with the naturalist, while patch supplies last.
