Valentine’s Weekend – Tygart Lake State Park

Come celebrate the season of love with Tygart Lodge! The restaurant will be offering a great romantic dinner special menu over the weekend. The menu starts with your choice of house salad or Manhattan clam chowder. The second course is your choice of crab cakes in phyllo or Prince Edward Island mussels in white wine sauce. Third course is your choice of lobster ravioli in wild mushroom cream sauce with grilled asparagus and roasted baby red tomatoes or an 8-oz. center-cut filet mignon with grilled asparagus and roasted baby red potatoes. Dessert course is a choice of raspberry swirl cheesecake or chocolate-covered strawberry mousse.
On Saturday night Feb. 15th, we’ll have some fun as Park Naturalist Jacob presents ‘The Tygart Lake Newlywed Game’. This party game will be all in good fun as couples compete to answer questions about each other. The game will begin at 5:30 p.m. and go to about 6:30 p.m. to give all couples a chance to participate. Come have fun while you enjoy a great dinner!
