The Necessity of Independence: Dunmore’s War, Stepping Stone to the Revolution

Doug Wood will present living history interpretations of Dunmore’s War with recruited living history interpreters at six state parks throughout 2024. During the 250th Battle Days commemoration at Tu-Endie-Wei State Park, six living history experts will interpret the impacts of Dunmore’s War upon the people of the Ohio Valley region. At 4:00 pm, there will be a History Alive! performance of Thomas Ingles by Doug Wood. This event is free to the public. For more information, contact Tu-Endie-Wei State Park at 304-675-0869.
