The Hickory Dining Room at Canaan Valley Resort State Park is hosting a delectable buffet featuring something for everyone!
Salads and displays include antipasto salad, caesar salad, apple cranberry spinach salad, bacon broccoli salad, shrimp cocktail display and fruits and cheese.
Carving Stations including slow roasted prime rib with garlic & herb au jus and maple brown sugar baked ham with citrus rum raisin glaze.
Entrees & Sides including herb roasted turkey and citrus honey glazed salmon, cornbread stuffing, caramel pecan sweet potato casserole, country style green beans, loaded baked potato gratin, grilled vegetable medley, cranberry relish and pan scratch gravy.
Assorted desserts including orange, cranberry bread pudding, cheesecake, cookies, brownies, classic pumpkin pie and southern pecan pie.
The cost is $46 per person plus tax and gratuity. Children 6 to 12 are $18 and 5 and under are free with a paying adult. Seating times are 12, 2, 4 and 6 p.m. Reservations are recommended by calling Canaan Valley Resort State Park at 304-866-2203.
