Sound Bath Offering – Cacapon Resort State Park

Let’s come together and raise our vibrational Frequencies while bathing in Therapeutic sounds. Join Healing Waters Spa and Berkeley Springs State Park to recharge the soul with this Reiki infused guided sound healing that helps restore the mind, body and soul.

This Sound Bath will incorporate Reiki, a guided meditation along with crystals singing bowls and gong.

Suggestions: Bring your mindful intentions and wear comfortable clothing. You’re also encouraged to bring a blanket, pillow and yoga mat if possible. This will take place in the Morgan Room at Cacapon Resort State Park.
