The Red, White & Blue 5K is Race #1 of the Kanawha State Forest Race series and is scheduled for July 4, 2022. You’ll find the course description at https://runsignup.com/rwbtrail5k. The race starts at Dunlop and progresses to Polly Trail, Polly Road, Beech Glen Trail, Wildcat Trail and back to Dunlop. The race starts at 8:00 a.m.

Race Day Registration = $50
Shirts guaranteed to everyone who registers by June 16, 2022 at Midnight (after that sizes will be first-come, first-served).
