Pipestem sites on the east rim of the Bluestone River Gorge, which carves through the plateau to the scenic Bluestone River 1200 feet below. The park nature center is open Thursday and Friday from noon until 5:00 p.m., Saturday from 3:00-6:00p.m. and Sunda from noon until 5:00p.m. Visit the exhibits, heritage strtures and sit a spell in our WV made rocking chairs in the center March 3 – 6, 2022.

Bird Count
Stop by the Nature Center to observe and count the birds at the feeders. We will count the highest number of each species seen at a time. Data collected will be submitted to Project FeederWatch for the Cornell Lab of Ornithology. In addition this week’s bird counts will be submitted as part of the Annual Great Backyard Bird Count.
