June Fun: Twin Falls

Twin Falls celebrates nature with hikes, ghost stories and trees. Free to attend and open to the public, join the fun June 25 – July 1, 2022. The nature center is open Monday, Thursday – Saturday from 3:00 – 7:00 p.m. and Sunday 3:00-6:00 p.m. Stop in to visit.

38th ANNUAL BEAR HOLE ROAD RACE 5K / 10K
Online registration http://register.chronotrack.com/r/65983
In person registration will begin at 7:00 a.m. the morning of the race. Race starts at 8:00am. Location of race will be at the upper end of the Golf Pro Shop parking lot. This will be a timed race and trophies will be awarded after the event. No pets allowed in this event. Meet at the Trailhead
Come learn little about the woods with a hike on the Nature Trail.

At the Nature Center
Butterflies can be found all over the Twin Falls State Park! Let’s explore and identify a few that you may see. Participants will all enjoy a free craft during the presentation.

GHOST STORIES with Bugs Stover and Cully
Held next to Campground Store at the Fire Circle
Come out to the Campground fire circle and enjoy a few spooky ghost stories!

This is a lovely walk through the woods. We’ll stop and talk about a few plants and animals on the trail.

GEORGE DOME AND THE TRAIL PARK POETS
Held at the Campground at the Campfire Circle
The concert is free and all are welcome to come out and enjoy the show!

Planned activities are posted at the campground store/check-in, lodge and nature center. Hope to see you at Twin Falls Resort State Park.
