June Fun: Coopers Rock

June is fast forwarding to summer outdoor interests at Coopers Rock State Forest. Join Naturalist and Certified Interpretive Guide Aubrey Bartman for these nature-based activities. Participation in any or all hikes and activities is without cost, however children must be accompanied by an adult.

“BAT TIME”
Learn about the bats that live in Coopers Rock State Forest. Meet at the Camp Store in McCollum Campground. Bartman has had extensive studies and surveys of bat populations. If you have question about bats, bat boxes and habitat, join us for this program.

Meet at the Camp Store at McCollum Campground to learn about the wonderful pollinators in our area. And there’s a Craft bonus! Lifecycle of a butterfly!
