
Farm to Table Dinner Series – Cacapon Resort State Park

In cooperation with the West Virginia Department of Agriculture, West Virginia State Parks is pleased to announce the 2025 Farm to Table Dinner Series.
The individual talents of our state park chefs come alive as they create an unforgettable culinary experience by crafting a sumptuous dinner with locally sourced products.
Each dinner in the series will feature a unique theme, setting, entertainment and menu. These annual events at West Virginia’s state park restaurants create a unique summer-time experience you won’t want to miss.
The locally sourced and chef inspired dinner will be in the historic Cacapon Bathhouse, a CCC constructed event center. The menu includes ramp and turnip mash, creamed peas, garlic roasted yellow squash, balsamic cherry glazed beef tips, apple butter bbq chicken, salad with tomato red onion goat cheese cucumbers with balsamic vinaigrette, homemade bread/ apple butter and blueberry bourbon cobbler with vanilla ice cream.
The price per person is $65. Cocktails are available at 5 p.m. with dinner to follow at 6 p.m. Overnight accommodations in Cacapon’s lodge are available.
