Menu items include Hors d’ oeuvres, soups, salads, carving station with prime rib and apple butter pork loin, buffet featuring honey glazed ham, smothered chicken, maple dijon salmon, seafood en croute with lobster, scallops, shrimp and crab, traditional sides and assorted desserts.
