2026 West Virginia State Parks Cellar to Table Dinner Series – Blackwater Falls State Park - March 13, 2026

Join Chef Matt Welsch, the Executive Chef for West Virginia State Parks, as well as the highly talented culinary teams of our beautiful state parks, while they curate unforgettable and unique dinners by integrating locally sourced items found in Appalachian pantries into culinary masterpieces.
Blackwater Falls State Park will host this dinner event at The Smokehouse Restaurant, located at the iconic Blackwater Lodge. Overlooking the breathtaking Blackwater Canyon, this event begins at 5 p.m. with cocktails, followed by dinner at 6 p.m. The price is $65 per person, which includes tax and gratuities.
