Enjoy a Farm to Table dinner event within the heart of Canaan Valley at Canaan Valley Resort State Park. This locally sourced plated dinner event in the Spruce Room includes a chef inspired and carefully curated menu of local products including a heirloom tomato pesto salad of sliced heirloom tomatoes, crispy prosciutto, pesto, roasted pine nuts, Parmigiano Reggiano, shaved pickled fennel, lemon thyme vinaigrette; Sassafras pork Osso Buco, fennel and sweet onion puree, roasted red pepper coulis, stone-ground creamy cheesy grits, Seared and braised pork shank w/a sassafras demi glaze, and Spiced rum banana bread pudding, pawpaw anglaise, caramel drizzle, vanilla whipped cream, cinnamon sugar tuile. The cash bar social starts at 5 p.m. featuring locally crafted beers and regional wines.
Dinner begins promptly at 6 p.m., and the price for this amazing evening is $78 per person, all inclusive.
